Who we are

What we collect
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry through the website, we receive what you enter in the form:
- your name, your role (for example trust officer, attorney or family member), email address and phone number;
- the state where the vehicle would be registered;
- anything you tell us about the beneficiary and how the vehicle will be used; and
- the vehicle you were looking at, if you sent the enquiry from a vehicle page.
We also keep what you tell us when you call or email us directly.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site that referred you. Some of this is recorded by our hosting provider to run and secure the site, and some through Google Analytics (see Cookies and analytics).
About the beneficiary's information
Specifying the right vehicle means asking about the person who will use it — how they transfer, the wheelchair they use, who drives. We use those details only to recommend, quote, build and support the vehicle. Please share only what is needed for that. Do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers or medical records through the website form.
How we use information
- to answer your enquiry and prepare quotes, including pricing a vehicle under our three arrangements;
- to arrange, deliver, register and service a vehicle you decide to go ahead with;
- to keep in touch about your enquiry or vehicle;
- to keep the website secure and working — for example, your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated form submissions; and
- to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Rollx Vans, our parent company, which converts, delivers and services the vehicles we supply. Enquiries are delivered to MSS staff on email hosted by Rollx Vans.
- Service providers that run the website for us: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivery of form submissions by email) and Google (analytics). They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- The people involved in a vehicle — for example the trust officer, family members or care team — when you ask us to, or when it is needed to complete the arrangement you have chosen.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information such as the pages you view and a general location based on your IP address. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. This website does not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you go ahead, for as long as we look after the vehicle and must keep business records. After that we delete it.
How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional rights under state law; contact us and we will respond as that law requires.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through it. Information about a beneficiary who is a minor should be provided by a parent, guardian or trustee.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
